Standard Building Features
Every building includes the following quality features:
- Choice of paint color
- Pressure-treated skids
- Pressure-treated floor joists
- Side bands
- Shingle roof with matching ridge cap
- 3/4″ flooring (double 3/4″ flooring on garage models)
- Keyed locking door handles
- Premium-quality doors
- Wall studs spaced 16″ on center (Economy models feature 24″ on-center stud spacing)
Note: Buildings measuring 14′ × 16′ and larger must be constructed on-site.
Econo
Because every nickel counts, we have designed this building to save you a few bucks. Comparable to our “PEAK” Model, the ECONO has fewer wall studs (24″ on center).
Deluxe (With 2 Windows)
Our Deluxe model is designed to keep your head out of the drip when you need your doors on the long wall of your building. The Deluxe comes with 2 windows.
Peak
Our Peak model is itentical to the Econo, except the Peak offers 16′ on center stud spacing. It’s a wonderful option!
Barn (With 1 Window)
The Nichols Barn comes with our Gambrel style roof, 1 window and built-in shelves. Also, every barn has painted X’s on the doors to add style to your buliding.
Garage
Two options here. Wood floors are capable of supporting your automobil, and our garages with concrete floors are larger garages ad comply with all Georgia building codes. This means they’re build to the highest standards.
Playhouse (with 2 windows)
Our playhouse model comes with a front porch and a bilding all under the same roof. This model comes iwth a 9 lite door, 2 windows, and shutters for the windows.

Carports & Pavilions
Our carports and pavilions come with standard 8 foot side legs, ceiling finished and sealed.
Workshops
Our workshop model comes with 2 windows. With a saltbox style roof, the workshop model offers additional storage overhead.

I recently needed to move a near new 16’ x 16’ barn shed with a large loft. It was a much bigger job than I could handle even though I was only moving it a short distance on my property. I called Nichols Portable Buildings and I cannot give them more props for a job “Well done!”
